Drew wrote up a really good interview with Frank Mozzicato’s high school coach.

Here’s the scouting report. Leader. Calm. Relaxed but very competitive. Humble. Grounded. Loose. A glue guy that keeps the team together. Hard worker. Throws effortlessly. Everyone loves him. His teammates love him. He loves his teammates. He gets “it”.

Here’s a quick highlight reel from last night. I’ll have the normal Minutes recap back rolling next week.

  1. Hi Alex,
Busy time of year for you with baseball and school starting up. Thanks for your updates and daily efforts. What is Marsh’s status since we haven’t heard from him lately? Nature of injury and long term effect? What about Pena? Does his AZL season (as small as it is) have any effect? Tools and ceiling are still high but I certainly thought with all hype in spring training he would be at Columbia. I saw Pena play with major league club in a spring training game! Columbia certainly doesn’t have anyone holding him back.
