We’re baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!
Minor League Baseball is officially happening today. Hallelujah. It’ll be kind of tough to peg exactly who is starting and when this year because the Royals have said they’ll piggyback certain starters in the lower minors, but we’ll update these posts as we learn who is starting and if we know who the piggyback man is for that start. As always, we’ll give you the schedule for the day and some notes of “Who’s Hot” and “Who’s Not” after the daily roll call.
One side note, the MiLB schedule will look a bit different this year. Teams will play 6-game series against a single opponent in a single location. For example, Columbia is in Augusta for a 6-game set starting tonight and ending Sunday night. The Sunday-Tuesday format will last all year for COVID and travel concerns.
Welcome back, Royals fans, and enjoy!
