Before we get into what actually happened, I first forecasted 5 things I really wanted to see happen for the Royals during 2019 Spring Training. 

I’m ready to see Adalberto Mondesi turn into a bonafide all-star. Some improved plate discipline, a little more consistency in the field, normal power and speed, the whole bit. If we see the potential of Mondesi start to play out this spring, I am going to be ecstatic approaching April.

I know some of you insist that there is no way that Terrance Gore makes this team out of Spring Training, but you’re wrong.
