Keep your eyes open for the next move. Lots of different possibilities.

Is there a trade market for Lucas Duda? He could be on the move with O’Hearn coming up.
Shaun Newkirk describes what a new TV deal could mean for the Royals.
Still, the Royals are likely (per Mellinger) to bring in somewhere between $60-80M a year from the regional broadcast, a ~20% boost in revenue. Obviously all of that isn’t going towards on the field talent, but it’s not unreasonable to think that half or so could be spent towards player salaries.
Tyler Dierking thinks Kyle Isbel is the real deal.
While attending UNLV, Isbel had a very nice career. Hitting a career slash of .322/.390/.512 with 40 doubles, 15 triples, and 21 home runs over three years and 170 games. What I find to be impressive was his plate discipline. He struck out just 124 times while walking 69 times. That’s good enough for a 1.8:1 strikeout to walk ratio.
We agree.
