This Thanksgiving a prospect that I am thankful for is Richard Lovelady.
A left-handed reliever who can reach the mid to upper-nineties with his fastball and possesses a sweeping slider in his back pocket: he could be the anchor in Kansas City’s bullpen by the end of next year.
I have a million things to be thankful for outside of baseball, but in a farm system lacking top-end talent, Lovelady gives me hope for a potential super-star in these down times.
