AAA – Omaha Storm Chasers (54-59)

Only three pitchers appeared in this one for the Royals top minor league affiliate. Andres Machado made the start, allowing two runs in 3.2 innings. Pedro Fernandez was comfortable in long relief, allowing one run in 3.1 innings.
Kyle Zimmer pitched two frames, as a solo home run was the only damaged he allowed. He struck out four and walked none.
Jorge Soler kept on taking, going 2 for 5 with a double. Cheslor Cuthbert went 1 for 4 with a walk in his rehab game.
Frank Schwindel went 2 fo 5 with two doubles.
Dean Anna, Jorge Soler, Frank Schwindel, Logan Moon, Garin Cecchini, Brayan Pena, and Corey Toups all had exactly two hits each.
Brayan Pena stole his first bag of the year. Billy Burns grabbed stolen base #20.
A – Lexington Legends (54-58)

Nolan Watson continues to struggle on the hill, as in this one he allowed six runs (five earned) on eleven hits in 4.2 innings. He fell to 1-8 on the year, with his ERA now sitting at 7.43.
Arnaldo Hernandez got the final 2.1 innings in a rain-shortened 7 inning game. He allowed one run on two hits.
Emmanuel Rivera went 3 fo 4 at the fish. Two of those hits went for doubles, giving him 23 on the year now.
Meibrys Viloria and Vance Vizcaino each went 2 for 3.
Rookie – Idaho Falls Chukars (20-25)

After having the worst start of his career, Robert Garcia got back on the field and turned in the best start of his career in yesterday’s game. Garcia didn’t allow a hit in five innings of work, striking out six batters.
Garrettson Harris and Josh Mitchell each split the last four innings of play.
Robby Rinn had a 2 for 4 day, with those hits going for a triple and a double.
Travis Jones went 2 for 3 with a walk. One of those hits was a home run, the first of his professional career.
Tyler a Straub and Julio Gonzalez each had a stolen base.
AZL – AZL Royals (15-19)
Final Score: AZL Mariners 3, AZL Royals 1
The AZL Royals lineup couldn’t get much going against the AZL Mariners pitching staff. Tyler James had a good game though, going 2 for 3 at the plate and stealing a bag.
Cristian Perez, Nick Pratto, Brewer Hicklen, and Isaiah Smith all had 1 for 4 days.
Ismael Maldonado had a good day on the bump. He allowed a pair of unearned runs in six innings of work, generating ten groundballs in the process.
Kelvin Gonzalez pitched two scoreless innings of relief, striking out one.
DSL – DSL Royals (25-27)

It was a blowout loss for the DSL Royals yesterday, as Adam Frias struggled to find any success in his start. He allowed six runs in 2.1 innings, falling to 0-3 on the year.
Yonatahan Matos followed Frias in relief, struggling even more. He gave up six runs in 2.1 innings. Brian Abreu got the last four outs, allowing one run.
Rubendy Jaquez had a 2 for 4 day at the plate, stealing a pair of bags.
Edickson Soto, Reynin Reynoso, Felix Familia, Daytan Bigel, and Ismaldo Rodriguez all collected hits.
